Is there really a free tier, or is it a trial?

It is free, permanently, with no card required. You can browse the load and truck boards, read and post in the forum, and list a truck or a classified for as long as you like. Paying unlocks who posted the freight and the alerts that get you there first.

What am I actually paying for?

Speed. Open deck freight gets covered fast, and the difference between booking a load and reading about it is usually who called first. A membership gets you the contact details and the text alert the moment something posts on your lane.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Membership is month to month, there is no application fee and no annual commitment, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Your free access to the board and the forum continues afterward.

Do I pay per user?

No. Pricing is per company, not per seat, so adding a dispatcher or a second driver does not change the bill.

I already pay for BulkLoads. Do I pay twice?

No. FlatLoads, BulkLoads.com, and Livestock Loads run on one account across the BulkLoads family, and so do Dispatch, Insurance, and Quick Pay. If you are already a member, ask the team in Springfield before you buy anything.

What if the board is thin on my lane?

Call us before you subscribe and we will tell you honestly what is posting on your lane. A membership that does not pay for itself gets cancelled, which is worse for us than a month of revenue.
