Agreement

These terms govern your use of FlatLoads, operated by Bulk Loads Now LLC. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you are using the service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for everything done under your login. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are for the company that registers them and may not be resold or shared with unrelated businesses.

What this service is — and is not

FlatLoads is a marketplace. We are not a motor carrier, a freight broker, or a party to any transaction arranged through the site. We do not take possession of freight, do not set rates, and are not responsible for the performance of any member. Contracts for transportation are between the shipper, broker, and carrier involved.

Member responsibilities

• Carriers are responsible for maintaining operating authority, insurance, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including hours of service, cargo securement, and any authorizations a given load or route requires.
• Shippers and brokers are responsible for the accuracy of load postings, including dimensions, weight, and any special handling the load requires.
• All members are responsible for verifying the identity, authority, and insurance of anyone they do business with. Information shown on the site is provided to assist that verification, not to replace it.

Postings and content

Postings must be accurate, lawful, and genuinely available. You may not post freight or equipment you do not control, misrepresent dimensions or weight, scrape or bulk-collect data from the site, or use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages to other members.

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it in connection with operating the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Ratings and forum content

Member ratings and forum posts are the opinions of the members who write them, not statements by Bulk Loads Now LLC. We do not verify them and do not adopt them. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive but have no obligation to monitor.

Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term already paid for, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice, effective at your next renewal.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that members are creditworthy, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Loads Now LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost freight, cargo loss or damage, or detention, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bulk Loads Now LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your postings, or your dealings with other members.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where required, communicated to members. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
